Summra Nasir specialises in type 2 diabetes, obesity, and weight loss, offering both online and in-person support since 2020. Her goal is to help the community improve their health by showing that there are no quick fixes or fad diets just long-term, small, sustainable changes that can lead to a healthy relationship with food.

She is dedicated to helping you build healthier habits and develop a positive, balanced relationship with food.

With over several years of experience working with individuals, community groups, corporate companies and colleges, my ‘motto’ is simple! Helping you to make long term dietary and lifestyle changes to better your health long term.

I predominantly work with women from ethnic minorities (Asian, South East Asian, Middle Eastern, Afro-Caribbean) as I found there to be a gap in this subgroup and knew that they tend to have the highest prevalence of Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and other comorbidities. However, I can help all women.
